Tim’s Core 44 chipper or ”Tims 44 birthday torture”
44 GHD sit ups
44 hip and back extensions
44 knees to elbows
44 hip extensions
44 abmat sit ups
44 kettlebell swings 53 lb men/35 lb women
44 box jumps 24″men /20″women
44 overhead squats 20kg (44lbs) men /15kg women
complete all of each exercise b-4 moving to next

Note: Tim made up this workout for his 44th birthday this year (January). He did it on his birthday but with about 10 more exercises and ended with a 440 meter wife carry (me – liesbet). He had fun – I hope you have fun with this “modified” version of his birthday torture, oh and if you want to pick up your wife, husband or significant other and carry them 440 meters to finish it off – be our guest! We’ll make sure to get a picture.
