Morning classes as usualy for Halloween, but if you feel like a workout why not just come to the Halloween party. Its from 11:30 to 4. Everyone is encouraged to come even if you dont want to workout, just come hang out. It will be lots of fun. It may be the only chance you will ever get to see Batman do burpees and pullups!!!! Remember that halloween candy in not Zone or Paleo approved!!
