Congrats to Taylor and Ben on their victory. They beat out Dusty and Ian by 4 seconds, truely showing that in Crossfit every second really does count!!

Rest Day

Thank you to everyone who showed up to the party/ games. It was a blast and if you weren’t there you truely missed out some awesome workouts and some interesting costumes, including Wade spectating in the creepiest clown costume I have ever seen. Hopefully next year more of you decide to join in the fun! Dont worry video and many pictures will be posted very soon.
