In an effort to get ready for the sectional qualifiers coming up I am working on the things that I hate the most. This workout includes 4 of the things I hate most in crossfit, rowing, handstand pushups, muscle ups and anything where you try to get as many rounds possible in a given time period. I thought it would be nice if you share my pain. I will be doing a 30 min version to make it extra sucky, feel free to join!
