Surprise workout
I have been hearing that some of you get scared off by some of the workouts, and some of you have been cherry picking which workouts you do, and also I have noticed that attendence is lower on the heavy strength days. So I will be picking 1 or 2 workouts a week at random and not posting them on the website. You will find out once you walk into the gym, and no I wont just pick the heavy days or the super hard ones.
