A word on book keeping. as you know we have a workout log book for all of you but not all of you use it. If you are interested in advancing in your fitness goals keeping a log book is a must. Unless you have a perfect memory its impossible to remember all your girl and lift PR’s. If you dont want to keep a log book check out beyond the white board. Its really easy and keeps track of everything for you.
