Tabata Rowing
Coaches corner: Get throught 8 tabata cycles on the rower. Goal is to try and get to 1000m within those 8 cycles. Work up to a heavy weight and use that as your first set on the snatch. Were going for a 1 rep max on the power snatch.
Day 47:47 burpees
Day 50 falls on christmas day so you may have to do catch up burpees in between gifts.
