Here are a couple links to great snacks and meals. For xmas I got a couple Paleo kits, they were delicious and have all the zone blocks on the back of the package. I am for sure going to get more. Today I saw a cool link for these things called You Bars, you can fully customize everything that goes into the bar or shake to make it paleo friendly. Even if your not paleo they look like you can make them pretty tasty and still be healthy. Check it out
