Surprise WOD
Day 83:83 burpees
Lets talks a little about nutrition……again. Slowly but surely some of you guys are coming around and changing your diet. A member of the 5:30am crew was telling me this morning how he has started cutting out processed foods and refiened carbohydrates. Guess what he said he feels better and he is recovering from workouts faster, and he has been killing the WODs the past couple weeks. That being said just trying something may pay off HUGE. Im not say go straight paleo or zone or vegan just try putting more focus on quality foods(organic, grass fed). Try it for a month and see how it goes, a month out of a life time is not very long. If you dont like what happens you can always go back to what you did before. PS if you can buy it in the middle isles of the grocery store its probably not a quality food.
I found this quite funny. I hope you dont think that any of these foods are quality.
One last thing on nutrition, some of you have been wondering where to get quality meat. Whole foods is the obvious answer, but they can be pricy. Many farms sell meat packages where you can buy in bulk and save some money. I found this website for grassfed foods. Enjoy and eat a steak.

Dusty, I invited an acquaintance to try Crossfit tomorrow at 5:30. Unfortunately, I didn’t think that he would have to go over the movements first. I can’t get a hold of him to check with you directly, so I hope I didn’t cause a problem, but there will be someone new tomorrow am!
