Nikki demonstrates good technique on the push jerk with full lock out over head.

5 rounds:
Max reps pullups
Max reps pushups

Run 800
rest 2 min
Run 400
rest 2 min
Run 200

Coaches corner: If you use a band on pullups, use the lightest band possible. There is no time component to this workout, take as long of rest breaks as needed. Go back and forth between exercises, max pullups then max pushups. Repeat NOT TIMED. The runs should be more like SPRINTS and will be timed.

Day 98:98 burpees

Bank sleep to fight tiredness. Interesting, I would like to see what happens when more research is done.

Todays workout had some of my favorite movements, what are your favorites lifts or movements? What gets you super pumped up to come in and do the WOD when you see it posted. As opposed to those movements that make you consider taking the day off, like me whenever I see the two words - muscle up.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes today, I really appreciate it. You guys are awesome, you’re the reason why I look forward to coming in everyday and making my job feel less like a job.

    Happy B-Day Dusty and thanks for a fun workout.

    Rows, push press, power cleans, kettlebells
    Dislikes:
    Handstand pushups, running, front squats

    Actually it’s not so much the individual exercises but how much and how they are strung together. 20 Wallballs aren’t bad, but 150 are or if they are at the end of 21 thrusters they pretty much suck.
