30 Wallball (20/14)
15 Sumodeadlift highpull (95/65)
Max reps double unders
Coaches Corner: In the each of the 3 min complete 30 wallballs and 15 sumo highpulls, you are scored by the number of double unders you complete.

GYM UPDATE: Keep an eye out for some new artwork that will be going up on the walls in the next couple days. Its going to be pretty sweet looking.
As you may have already seen I put a poll up on the site as to which 400m course you want. I made it 1 vote per IP address so you only get to vote once.
NOtice how fast they drop under the bar after finishing the pull. This is absolutely nesecarry when wanting to snatch heavy weight.

Eat Meat, Lift Heavy S*%T, Repeat – Well I have the meat part. I’ll be picking up the beef tomorrow in Martinez around 2PM, then bringing it back to the gym (should be around 3). There will be 1/2 cow available.
