Coaches corner: You can approach this workout 2 ways. Either blow it out on the first run and try to survive the remaining 7 or keep a fast pace on all 8 without dropping off much each round.
Ill be headed out to the track at San Ramon high school right after the 8:30 class to do the workout if anyone else would like to do it on a track. Im gonna try my best to get there before 10. Bring a stopwatch if you have one.
I posted this last night on facebook but if your not hip Im going to post it here as well. Out of all the crossfit videos I have seen this one is in my top 5 all time favs. Very motivational stuff, you must watch it.
