Wow. I kinda agree with that article. I’m a bit like that, but not that extreme. I believe you can eat pretty much anything as long as it’s in moderation. But, I do buy organic foods when I can and avoid certain ingredients. This actually sounds like a lot of people at the gym.

Anything can become obsessive, be it cleanliness, golf, running, computer programmer, lawyer, etc. Problem is who decides whether it enhances or takes away from quality of life. Is an obsessed musician practicing to the determent of his health, family and life destructive? as Jimi Hendrix? or was music the life that he was enhancing? What else would the people judging have him do?
People at the gym care about their health and well being and are doing something about it, which already makes us a huge minority. There could be question as to whether Crossfit itself is obsessive and extreme. But, again, by who’s definition of life? that’s just NUTTS!
