Happy 6 month crossfit birthday to our most frequent member Brian B. This picture shows how much progress he has made, when he started there is no way he could get anywhere near the squat depth he shows in this picture.Keep up the great work Brian!

ANNOUNCEMENT. I will be attempting to compete in the Fran-off tomorrow at Crossfit Sweatshop. I will be taking off a little early from the 8:30 class. Tim will be covering the last half. Also open gym will only go until 10:30. See you guys in the morning.
