The throwdown series starts this weekend. So far I know that Jerry, Breanna, Dre, Bianca, Jay, Taylor and myself are signed up. If any one else wants to sign up the you must do it before asap. Click the link all the way at the bottom of the page to sign up. Were going to run 2 heats of whatever the wod is on Saturday. 1 at 6:30 before the morning classes and one at 9:30 after the morning classes. Based on how this works out this is how we will also run the WODs for those of you wanting to compete in the CF open coming up in 3 weeks!!!
