Crossfit Solano and Crossfit Moxie will be holding some team competitions coming up in Aug and Sept. You need 2 men and 2 women on each team to be able to compete. Some have already told me they want to do this but anyone thinking about it please contact me, it should be fun! We can send multiple teams so lets try to get a couple together and represent.
