30 Barbell jumps
Coaches corner: The snatch can either be a full or power snatch. For the metcon a barbell jump is the same as the agility hops we do in warmups. 1 reps is hopping from one side to the other not over and back.

Brian informed me today that his department will not be competing in the firefighter olympics this upcoming tuesday due to injuries on the team. He is still competing in the individual competition so if you are able to go and cheer him on at Crossfit Santa Clara, the events look right up his alley .
