Heaving Snatch Balance (8×2 @ 70% of heaving snatch balance)

Look back at what you worked up to for 1 rep last week; if you weren’t here use 65-70% of 1 rep snatch

Snatch Grip Deadlift (8×2 @ 100-110% of snatch)

Yes it should be heavy:)


Every 90 seconds for 7 rounds

-1 snatch pull+1 power snatch + 2 snatch balance

* increase weight every set, start light, be smart with jumps:)
