Snatch push press (7×3 @ 75% of snatch)

EMOM

8 min Alternating EMOM

ODD- 5 wide grip strict pull ups & 5 heavy goblet squats

EVEN- 5 strict dumbbell press & 6 alternating kb snatch (can use different weight then goblet squats)
