- How long have you been a Crossfitter and why did you start?
I have been at Crossfit for about 3 years and I had been getting bored at regular gyms for a while. I needed something different than spin class and other cardio activities.
- Since you started, have you seen any positive changes in your mind, body, or health in general?
Since I started, I have gained 30 pounds! It’s all muscle, I promise. The amazing thing about this gym is that it’s not about being skinny, but rather about being strong and proud! I think that 10 years ago that would have scared me but this gym has given me a great sense of an elevated body image.
- What is your favorite part of Crossfit?
My favorite part is the people and the community and honestly, I never enjoyed group classes until now, the people are awesome.
