How long have you been a CrossFitter and why did you start?
I have been a CrossFitter for 5 years. I started because I was already doing the workouts on the main CrossFit website. I met a few people at a local gym who said that going to a real class is a big difference compared to doing the workouts at home.
Since you started, have you seen any positive changes in your mind, body, or health in general?
I have noticed mentally that my work life in general has become more manageable. Things that I would consider difficult in the past, don’t bother me as much now. I am also more aware of my body in general. For example, I’ve noticed my range of motion and how much weight I can and should lift.
What is your favorite part of CrossFit San Ramon?
My favorite part of CrossFit is the friendships and comaradery. I also enjoy being couched and given feedback.
