* go through presses and different jerks

Shoulder Press (10×3)

-Increase weight each set; You are going for a heavy set or 3 or maybe a 3 rep max:)

Press & Jerk Complex (5×1)

-1 push press + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

-1 rep includes going through the whole complex once

EMOM

10 min EMOM

1 squat clean + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

*increasing weight each round
