- How long have you been a Crossfitter and why did you start?
I’ve been at Crossfit for 1 year, and I started because I got into OCR racing. Crossfit ended up being less about racing and more about a community of supportive people.
- Since you started, have you seen any positive changes in your mind, body, or health in general?
Yes! I’ve lost 26 pounds in one year, dropped my average mile from almost a full 2 minutes per mile. Also, I now come to keep my stress levels low and I feel the love of the great people here at CFSR.
- What is your favorite part of Crossfit San Ramon?
I absolutely love learning with a supportive group of friends; it makes the process the goal rather than the whiteboard results
