How many years have you been doing Crossfit, and how many Opens have you participated in?
I have participated in ZERO opens and have done Crossfit since September 2016.
Why did you decide to do the Open this year?
I signed up for the open because I like the sweat, blood, and sweat. It is fun. Training with the coaches and other athletes is fun. Being pushed to lift heavy, breath hard, and run fast is fun. I have yet to wake up and think “I don’t want to go to the gym today.” I also wanted to set a baseline for next year. I know that I can do twice as good next time.
What’s your goal for the 2017 Open?
My goal is to finish and be happy. I have my eyes set on 2018. I am going to wreck it.

If you are new to Crossfit, you must complete ONE Intro Session before attending classes regularly. By Appointment only. After completing the Intro you will need to complete 3 On-Ramp sessions if you have no prior crossfit experience. These are set up by appointment as well! Call Tim or Lori 925-820-1800
