CrossFit San Ramon – BootCamp/Crossfit Prep

Today kicks off the 6 week challenge – Mon, Wed, Fri 6:30am, 10:30am & 7:30m!

Skill Work

After warm up:

Hang Snatch – PVC

Sumo Deadlift (4×5 record heaviest 1×5)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

30 sec on 30 sec rest – go 4xs through each exercise then move on to the next

1 min rest between exercises

1. Wall Balls 20/14

2. Row for Calories

3. 5 M Shuttle runs

4. Ring Push Ups
