Stretch for 5 mins Coaches’ Choice

50′ Kicks

50′ Bear Crawls

50′ Board Jumps

PVC Drills – Clean & Jerk

Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (Work Up to 80% then 3 x 1)

Back Squat (2×2 @ 85%)

Start with Bar, Make jumps with 2 reps of each (60%,70%, 80% X 1 rep) Then 2×2@85%

Clean Pull (Build to Heavy 2 reps )
