Warm-up

Stretch for 5 mins Coaches’ Choice

50′ Kicks

50′ Bear Crawls

50′ Board Jumps

PVC Drills – Hang Snatch

Muscle Snatch (Muscle Snatch + OverHead Squat)

Bar or 50% of best Snatch

Hang Snatch (Work up to 75% then all set done at that weight)

Snatch Grip Deadlift (3 Position Holds ( Work up to 100% of Snatch) )

Hold at 1 inch of ground, pull to knees hold at kness, the pull to power postion hold. Each hold is 2 seconds.
