Book sessions with the coach of your choice!… subject to schedule availabliity.  Small group sessions are non-refundable  Get a small group together and practice together between sessions!

1-1 hour personal training session- $90

4-1 hour personal training sessions- $340

10-1 hour personal training sessions- $800

10-30 minutes personal training sessions- $600

10-45 minutes personal training sessions – $750

Small Group Sessions

10-1 hour small group training (2-3) people- $700 each

10-30 minutes small group training (2-3 people)- $500 each

10-1 hour small group training (4-6 people)- $600 each

Lorraine has had lifetime passion for fitness. She has been active in sports and fitness since junior high, including swimming, roller derby, running, bootcamps and CrossFit! She loves to encourage and motivate others to reach their goals. After starting CrossFit two years ago, she was encouraged by her coaches and friends to make her dream come true of training others and earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credentials. Her next goal is earning her CrossFit Level 1 certification to expand her knowledge and coach in the CrossFit community as well as Personal Training.

Lori has been a member of CrossFit San Ramon since November 2012.  She is the head coach for the CrossFit Kids and Teens Program.  Through CrossFit and Paleo she has transformed her health – 65#s lost, thyroid problem healed, asthma gone, inflammation gone, all back pain post surgery is gone. Lori  offers one on one Paleo nutrition sessions as well as personal training sessions.

Ed Johnson – Offers One on One and Small Group Sessions (2-6 people).

Ed is a bay area native that has been involved in fitness, sports, and movement since high school.  He has traveled to many different places and worked with many different styles of movement coaches.  Ed’s background mostly comes from his experience as a dancer and as a gymnastics coach. Ed worked as a coach and program manager at AcroSports in the Off-Site and Outreach program where he teaches tumbling, gymnastics and Breakdancing in communities all over San Francisco through AcroSports’ Mobile Acrobat Training. Recently, he has found CrossFit through Carl Paoli.  Now, as a Athletic Director and Head Wrestling coach, Ed uses CrossFit to help coach his athletes at June Jordan High in San Francisco.
