This day is all about us getting to celebrate you, our members, for all that you do to make CrossFit San Ramon such a great place to be. We’re so thankful that you choose to be a part of this community. For a better you. For a better us.

We hope you’ll come and enjoy all (or some) of what we have planned including FREE chair massages by Lito’s Touch n’ Go Mobile Massage, FREE food and drinks and My Sisters Closet Boutique who will be on-site for all your Valentine’s Day shopping needs.

Deadlift 101: A Truly Romantic Lift

If properly executed, the deadlift can help you have less fragile joints, build a stronger posterior chain and a body that can handle anything that life throws your way.

Deadlifting is not dangerous – although it can be one of the many intimidating exercises out there.  But like many of the exercise movements, it can be easy to get wrong and can injure you if you start to develop bad habits.

CrossFit San Ramon can help you learn the correct techniques and get you on the right track to developing good habits!

Special thanks to Leigh and Travis for the emergency tape job today. After completing round 4 of Eva I tore a good chunk of callous off my right hand. I asked them to help out with a quick hand taping so I could finish and they both jumped in without a second thought (and did a great job too!).
This is a perfect example of why I love CrossFit in general and CrossFit San Ramon in particular. Could you imagine doing the same thing at a globo-gym? You would be lucky not to get kicked out, let alone helped. CrossFit San Ramon isn’t a gym, it is a community. A community of people dedicated not only to fitness, but also to the quest for self improvement and helping others along the same path.
Thanks again Leigh and Travis and I hope to be able to return the favor to a fellow traveler.
