It’s time to kick up that endurance!

Think of this class as CrossFit minus barbells.  You’ll be taken through an hour class with warm ups, mobility, various workouts, and some accessory work.   Just like our regular CrossFit classes, each day will be different, and keep the results coming while you’re having fun, (don’t act like the ski erg isn’t a blast)!

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am and 6:30pm, come in and get worked!  This class is open to everyone and is part of your regular membership.
