- How long have you been a Crossfitter and why did you start?
I have been doing Crossfit for almost a year. I started after I tried Crossfit down in southern California. CFSR offered a groupon and I signed Kris and me up. We loved it!
- Since you started, have you seen any positive changes in your mind, body, or health in general?
I have worked out in a gym since my twenties and have never worked as hard as I do at CFSR. I can lift more than I thought!
- What is your favorite part of Crossfit San Ramon?
I enjoy the positivity of the group as well as people at all different levels working out together.
