- When did you join CFSR and why?
I joined about two years ago. My wife joined and suggested I try. I was getting bored of going to ther gyms and making my own patch work lifting routine. My first class was a Friday with Ed, and I was hooked.
- What positive changes have you felt, noticed, etc.
I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. I can squat 300 and deadlift 405. I have a lot more energy and keep up with 8 and 4 year old girls better.
- What keeps you coming to CFSR?
I love the relationships and team mentality. I learn a lot from the coaches. It’s like a personal trainer every workout. My goal is to one day RX everything.
