“I believe that we find the best versions of ourselves in helping others and have been determined to do that in as many ways as possible since I joined the Military to become a US Army Ranger with 2nd Ranger Battalion in 2008. During my time in service I found CrossFit and have been doing it ever since in some form or another. I am not a romantic and do believe each person needs to treat their body differently. The RX or prescription of CrossFit is based on a percentage of people and a certain ability. So I believe in listening to the person and their body. Sometimes we get ahead of ourselves, ME, and think we are super(wo)men when really we can be! We just need to be smarter than our EGOs! So leave your ego at the door and lets get amazing.”

“CrossFit training has made a really big difference in my life. My love for fitness has come back, and the mini-midlife crisis is over. My insomnia is gone, and my health problems are over. I lost all the body fat and have a full six pack. I can now dead lift 430lbs! My stamina for cardio exercise is great, and I feel better then I ever have. None of this would have been possible without CrossFit. It is what I was looking for, and finally found. My hope is that people are able to get out of it even a smidgen of what I have, because it has changed my life.”
