Ben Carlton ~

Hard work and competition is what drives Ben as a coach. With over 15 years of experience in Lacrosse, not only as an athlete but as a coach, Ben has made it his mission to surround himself with likeminded individuals with the passion to help others be their very best. Ben’s fascination with what the body is capable of has lead him to a career in the health and fitness industry. He has one goal, to help everyone he works with be the very best that they can be. Ben enjoys helping athletes find ways to not only set goals, but crush them and develop new goals. Ben is currently a competitive powerlifter and CrossFit athlete. He is always looking for new ways to train, teach, and share his passion for strength training. When Ben is not training you will find him enjoying time with his future wife Taylor and their dog Jax. Their passions include being outdoors: hiking, camping or just enjoying the beauty of California.  Ben’s number one goal is to be a part of a team and community that share his passion for strength training, enabling him to help people on their journey to be the best that they can be.

“CrossFit training has made a really big difference in my life. My love for fitness has come back, and the mini-midlife crisis is over. My insomnia is gone, and my health problems are over. I lost all the body fat and have a full six pack. I can now dead lift 430lbs! My stamina for cardio exercise is great, and I feel better then I ever have. None of this would have been possible without CrossFit. It is what I was looking for, and finally found. My hope is that people are able to get out of it even a smidgen of what I have, because it has changed my life.

Her mother first introduced her to CrossFit and she instantly fell in love – She had never gotten so sweaty and tired in 45 minutes as she did at CrossFit. It has helped her on her journey to reaching her fitness potential and she wants to motivate others to get fit and healthy, while having a fun time doing it!

I’ve been speaking to you regarding the corporate workout session for my company. I would like for you to email me your baseline workout.

The baseline workout includes a series of rowing, squats(body weight), sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. All exercises will be scaled to fit the individual.
