New to all of this

  • Every movement has a scaled version and a coach leads the room.
  • If you have not done CrossFit before, an on-ramp teaches the movements first. Your coach sets it up at the free intro.

A day at CrossFit San Ramon

    5:30 AM

    Doors open

    The first coached classes of the day start when the doors do. Warm-up, skill or strength work, then the workout of the day.

    Midday

    MetFix small groups

    Six people or fewer, with class times through the day Monday to Friday.

    3:45 PM

    Youth CrossFit

    Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. They run, jump, climb, lift, throw, row, carry, push, and pull, each athlete at their own level.

    Evening

    CrossFit and Barbell Fury

    Coached classes scaled to you, and dedicated barbell strength blocks for the lifters.

    Hyrox and open floor

    Saturday mornings, 8 AM to noon. The Hyrox program runs coached classes plus open gym with daily recommendations.

Questions people ask before they start

  • No. Every workout scales to where you are today, and a coach leads every class.

  • A 30 minute talk with a coach, not a workout. You go through your health and fitness goals and decide which program will work best for you.

  • Athletic clothes, clean indoor shoes, a water bottle. We provide the equipment.

  • Drop-in is $25 a class. 9 Days runs $169 a month, Unlimited $239. Spouse rates apply on both monthly plans. Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.

  • No. The 8-visit pass is $150 and is valid two months for Hyrox classes. Unlimited covers Hyrox and CrossFit.

  • Ages 8 to 17. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 3:45 to 4:30 PM. A parent or guardian signs the waiver on Wodify and we schedule a free class.

  • 2411 Old Crow Canyon Rd, Ste N, San Ramon, CA 94583, in the Tri-Valley area with ample parking.
