We have Weightlifting Class every Wednesday 6:30pm. This class is designed for all levels – it’s a GREAT way to gain confidence in the Olympic Lifts – Snatch, Clean & Jerk! We will be EXPANDING to 3 days a week in the near future – The class will include: Olympic Lifts, Power Lifts & body building strength training
Youth CrossFit – Formerly CrossFit Teens. Tue, Thur & Friday 3:45 – 4:45. We cater to all levels of Fitness and Athleticism. A welcoming community for your child/teen to work on his/her fitness or work on getting the cutting edge in their sport.
