If you are new to CrossFit, you will start with a free introductory session. Click here to schedule an introductory CrossFit session online or give us a call at (925) 820-1800. We will work with you through a series of exercises and recommend the best way for you to start with classes, an on-ramp or personal training.
An on-ramp session is designed to teach you the fundamental movements and lifts before attending CrossFit classes. It is $100 for two one-on-one sessions with one of our certified coaches. You and your coach will schedule a convenient time for you to do these sessions.
Do I need an intro before starting Women’s only HIIT class, teens class or Youth weightlifting class?
No, you do not need to sign up for an Intro-to-CrossFit class. Our Women’s only HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes, teen’s classes and youth weightlifting classes are designed for everyone.
Yes, drop-ins are $20 or $30 which includes a T-shirt or tank. If you plan on visiting multiple times let the coach know so we can set up a pro-rated membership for your time with us.
Yes, each coach provides his or her contact information on their profile. Call them to get set up for a package that works for you!
We do not have showers at our location.
Yes, we have plenty of parking at our location.

We are at 2411 Old Crow Canyon Rd. Suite N which is at the back of the warehouse complex facing the tall metal retaining wall with the red fence on top. We share our building with Splash Swim School, Diablo Gymnastics; Apple Blossom Moulding and the indoor soccer fields.
