Coach Tim Hill bring a wide range of personal training experience. His excellence is working with and guiding athletes on proper form. His years of personal training experience at a small gym & chiropractic office where the focus was on post rehab training has honed his training methodologies. He has worked extensively with many types of injuries from spinal fusion to plantar fasciitis, focusing on improving movement to remove the causative stresses.

Lori Hill

Lori has been a member of CrossFit San Ramon since November 2012.

“When I started, I was down to 220# from 235#, I was limited from a back surgery, and scared. I knew I needed a change, to be healthy and live a long life for my daughter. Through CrossFit and nutrition I transformed my health – nearly 100#s lost, thyroid problem healed, asthma gone, inflammation gone, all back pain post surgery is gone.”

Lori offers personalized nutrition sessions, Autoimmune nutrition guidance and workouts, as well as, personal training sessions. She has extensive knowledge in nutrition, Paleo, AIP, Hormone reset diets for women, and liver cleansing for stubborn fat loss. Additionally, she believes in working through Auto Immune diseases and making food a primary source of health and wellness.

Darren Lisle
Darren LisleCoach, CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1)
Darren Lisle started his CrossFit journey in 2011 at CrossFit San Ramon. He later became a L-1 coach while he lived in Oregon.

“My passion is to teach and work along side people who are wanting to change their life for the better through health and fitness.”

Darren is a skilled CrossFit Athlete, inspiring others while guiding them in their pursuit of sport and fitness. He began coaching CrossFit in 2018.
Darren’s coaching career started in 2012 at Ygnacio Valley High School where he coached Varsity Baseball. He has assisted with coaching in various sports such as basketball and softball at the collegiate level. Darren has traveled the country teaching the mechanics of the baseball and softball swing while also working with professional baseball players along the way. Darren and his beautiful wife Stephanie enjoy every minute being parents of their daughter Hannah, (who also loves CrossFit San Ramon).

I have been a member of CrossFit San Ramon since July of 2020 and began coaching here in July of 2021. The changes that were made in me have inspired me to give back to others at the gym that gave me so much.

My personal mission as a coach at CFSR is providing our members with the best guidance and knowledge to workout safely and effectively, all in an environment that promotes positivity and encouragement to accomplish fitness as well as individual/personal goals. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together.

Rodel Lacap

Rodel started coaching in 2020 to give back to the CrossFit community that has given him so much.

As a Navy veteran, long deployment was very exhausting and monotonous. I found that fitness was key to physical and mental health. I tried all forms of fitness throughout the years from Globo Gyms to BootCamps to fads like P90X or Tae Bo with little results, lots of injuries and little motivation. After getting married and having 3 wonderful kids I finally gave CrossFit a try in 2015. I found it community driven, challenging and life altering. Since then I have strived to improve in all of CrossFits different domains.

I can honestly say that I’m in the best shape of my life physically and mentally. – Rodel
