What to Expect and How to Prepare for Your Session

  • Time: 45 to 60 minutes
    • Your introductory session will last between 45 and 60 minutes. This time will be spent learning more about
      • your fitness goals,
      • your nutrition habits, and
      • evaluating your current fitness level.
    • What to Wear/Bring:
      • workout attire – dry wicking if possible,
      • towel, and
      • water bottle.
    • Waiver
      • Please complete the fitness waiver prior to your first session
