Day 15: Write down 2 goals. Doesn't matter how large or small, sit down and think about it, and write down your top two goals.
Day 14: 40 Hip Bridges with a 7 second hold. If you have bands, use them!
20 Burpees and 40 Shoulder taps. If one round feels good, do 2. If two rounds feel good add one more for 3 rounds!
60 Jumping lunges!
100 Sit ups for Time!
