CrossFit Classes – designed to work for all levels of fitness. Our workouts are programmed in house, comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running. Although they are meant to be executed at a high intensity, all workouts can be modified to fit your level of fitness and athleticism. Our programming is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience.
CrossFit Classes will improve your fitness in the following: Cardio-Respiratory Endurance; Stamina; Strength; Flexibility; Power; Speed; Coordination; agility; balance; accuracy.

CrossFit Advanced Class – geared toward the competitive CrossFit athlete, or the Crossfitter that wants a little extra training and skill work. Extra emphasis on Olympic lifting, gymnastics movements and overall skill and endurance

Weightlifting Class – open to all levels. Focus is on the two Olympic Lifts – Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We utilize drills, EMOMS, and other techniques to fine tune your lifts. If you’re trying to improve your weightlifting skills and/or increase the weight of them, this class is perfect.
Youth Classes:
